This Privacy Policy explains how TubNexa (“TubNexa”, “TubNexa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you visit tubnexa.com, create an account, use the thumbnail generator, analyze an image, or save generated assets.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, profile details, and authentication identifiers provided through Clerk.
- Creative content: video ideas, prompts, selected visual Styles, thumbnail analysis inputs, uploaded reference or face images, and generated assets.
- Subscription information: plan, subscription status, billing period, credit balance, and payment-provider identifiers. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by TubNexa.
- Usage and security data: feature usage, rate-limit counters, timestamps, session information, device or browser information, and technical information used to secure the service and prevent abuse.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide the TubNexa workspace, generate and analyze thumbnails, save your library, authenticate your account, process subscriptions, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
3. AI processing
When you use generation, prompt enhancement, or analysis features, the relevant prompt, image, or analysis input may be sent through OpenRouter to the model provider selected for that request. Face reference images are used only to provide the requested generation feature and are not intentionally used by TubNexa to train a model. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless you are comfortable with that processing.
4. Service providers
- Clerk: account registration, authentication, and session management.
- Replit services: application hosting, PostgreSQL metadata storage, and App Storage for image files.
- OpenRouter and its selected model providers: image generation, prompt enhancement, and thumbnail analysis.
- Dodo Payments: checkout, subscription billing, payment status, and payment-provider webhooks.
- Google Analytics: aggregated page-view and usage statistics on the public website, provided by Google.
5. Storage and retention
Saved thumbnails and related metadata remain associated with your account until you delete them or request account deletion. Face reference assets remain available until you remove them or delete your account. Temporary prompts, generated files, logs, and rate-limit records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to complete a request, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.
6. Cookies and local storage
TubNexa uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies on the public website to measure visits and page usage; you can block or delete these cookies through your browser settings. The browser may also store account-scoped workspace preferences locally. These preferences are separated by Clerk account and are not intended to replace the saved server-side library.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by emailing privacy@tubnexa.com. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted by applicable law.
8. Children
TubNexa is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact privacy@tubnexa.com so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Material changes should be communicated through the service or another reasonable notice channel.
